St. Paul Awarded $1.25 Million for Water System Improvements

At its February City Council meeting tonight, St. Paul Mayor Kim Wallis announced that the City has been approved for an award of up to $1.25 million from the State of Oregon to make improvements to the City’s water system.  The funds will be used to improve water treatment and filtration, and repair and upgrade the distribution system.  An additional $19,500 in grant funds has been awarded to the City for a water system improvement feasibility study.
