How About A Little Free Bluegrass Music, Courtesy Of The Friends Of Historic Butteville?

Jamie Kent streaming concert from The Green Room at Martin Guitar in Nashville

Regulars at the Butteville Store for Dinner and Live Music will recall that the second band that played the store (way back in 2016) as we restarted live music was Jamie Kent and his band.

Last night, courtesy of Martin Guitar who contributed their Green Room, and Bose Professional, who contributed the sound system, Jamie Kent and the band streamed a live performance for all those fans who aren’t able to attend performances, concerts and various and sundry music gigs.

The concert was streamed live on Facebook, and is now available as a video you can watch at your convenience.

Also of note, Jamie Kent is working with the Nashville branch of MusiCares to created a live fund raising concert on April 4. MusiCares provides a safety net of critical assistance for music people in times of need–now including those who have lost their main income stream due to cancelled performances..

In addition, Phoenix Duo, who was scheduled to play the Store on April 11 will be producing a streaming performance that night.

More info to follow on both of these events. In the meantime, click on this link, sit back, and enjoy some live music in this rather trying time!

All the best
